Incorporated in 2014,MCC overseas (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned company of MCC overseas. The predecessor of it is Cambodia office. For more than twenty years, the Cambodia company has developed the market in Cambodia representing MCC, and it is one of the earliest Chinese companies who entered Cambodia.The company's businesses include all kinds of engineering consulting, survey, design, general contracting: engineering and technical consulting services; engineering equipment leasing; import and export business; resource development and mining project contracting, etc..

Condominium C, 3rd Period in Phnom Penh Bali Resort

On March 16th, 2015, MCCO(Cambodia) Co. Ltd. signed a construction contract for Condominium C, 3rd Period in Phnom Penh Bali Resort with Taiwan ShuangchengConstruction.TaiwanShuangcheng Construction is one of the largest foreign-funded real estate developers in Phnom Penh, with whole success in the development of the 1st period, 2nd period of Bali Resort and Bali Resort Hotel in Phnom Penh. The project signed this time is a 33-storey condominium with a building area of 450,000 square meters.

2、Gateway Project

On May 18th,MCC Overseas Company andTACC (C.R) LTDsigned a contract for “Gateway Project” in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The project is located on Russia Road, CBD of the center of Phnom Penh. It is constructed by an 8-storey podium, a 23-storey office tower and a 26-storet residential tower, with a total floor area of about 100 thousand square meters. The project will proceed for 36 months.

3、Kampuchea SKY VILLA project

Kampuchea SKY VILLA project, located on the intersection of Road West Hanuk and Road 163, is in the center district in Phnom Penh of Cambodia. The project includes two 35-storey towers(building A and B), each of which is 138.6 meters high and a 15-stirey tower(building C) which is 63.6 meters high. The total land area of the project is 120 thousand square meters and the construction period is 22 months. It is planned as a five-star mansion and used super dwelling-sized design. The area of each dwelling is 300-450 square meters. Up to now, the first phase has sold out and the second and third phases have only 20% units left. The proceeding of the project will not only make a contribution for the development of the area, but also help MCC Overseas Company to establish brand and develop market in Cambodia.

4、MCCO (Cambodia) Wins bid for pile foundation work of CamhomesD'Seaview

On February 16th, MCC Overseas (Cambodia) successfully wins the bid for pile foundation work of Camhomes D 'Seaview project held by PHONE Development (Cambodia) Ltd.. The project, located in Sihanoukville along the southwest coast of Cambodia, is composed of two apartment buildings and four commercial buildings, covering about 100 thousand square meters. The port names after Prince Norodom Sihanouk, is the largest seaport in Cambodia and the second largest city next to capital Phnom Penh.
